Do you offer free delivery and how far will you deliver?

Small items can be arranged for delivery by courier.
UK mainland only - charges may apply.

Within 20 miles - of each of our stores most orders over £99 will be delivered free of charge.

20 to 40 miles - depending on the value of the order a small charge may apply.

Our connection/installation and disposal services are chargeable.


Delivery is subject to stock availability and does not include international delivery destinations. We are sorry but there are some areas where we do not currently offer delivery as geographical location and carrier availability restricts the service that we offer. We do not deliver to some Scottish Highlands, the Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man. You will be asked to enter your postcode during ordering; this will show if there are any areas that we are currently unable to offer delivery to, there is also a postcode checker on the product page.


I’ve booked a home delivery, how soon will I get my order?

Normally goods ordered that are in stock can be delivered the next working day, however, this cannot be guaranteed as it is dependent on slot availability and distance required.

Can I choose a day for my delivery?

During the ordering process, you will be offered a series of delivery dates. In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver on your preferred delivery date, you will be contacted and offered an alternative delivery date.. (see below for time slots)

Can you give me a time for delivery?

We are unable to give times as these can be impossible to predict due to traffic and the time spent on jobs prior can vary, we will however try to avoid times for you if you make this clear (i.e. school drop-off and pick-up times). You can ask for an AM (8.30 am to 12.30) time slot or PM (12.30 pm to 4.30 pm) time slot where this is possible.

Can you give me a phone call when you are on the way?

You are able to request this service, however, please try to give us a landline as well as a mobile and be available for our call. If we are unable to reach you as arranged we may reserve the right to not attempt delivery, meaning that your delivery will need to be rescheduled and may incur a further delivery charge.

 Can you dispose of my old goods?

Yes, however, a charge will apply for collection.  If you are booking a drop-off delivery please have your old goods disconnected and in a safe condition so that it can be moved.  If we are connecting your new goods and you have arranged for disposal by us then we will disconnect and remove them for you if safe to do so. This is then collected from our main depot for recycling.

Please note that our warranties only cover domestic use; items for use in commercial properties might not be covered.
