Bosch Breakfast Hamper Promotion Terms and Conditions
The Bosch Breakfast Hamper Promotion (“The Promotion”) is the offer of a free gift hamper when they
purchase a qualifying Bosch Design line kettle and toaster through a CIH (Euronics) dealer.
1. Eligibility: The Promotion is open to all UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), Channel Islands
and Isle of Man residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter and its affiliates, agents or
participating retailers involved in this promotion, the immediate families of such employees and any other
person connected with this promotion.
2. How to participate: Entrants must purchase a qualifying Bosch Kettle & a qualifying Bosch 4 slice Toaster
within the same transaction from a CIH dealer between 23rd September 2020 and 20th October 2020 (“the
Promotional Period”). Participating retailers will have the official literature and advertising materials from the

6. How to Claim:
In order to claim the Gift, claimants must fully complete the online claim form (including full Receipt, ENR
numbers and full address if selecting cheque). The online claim form is available on www.bosch-home.co.uk/
breakfast-promo. A claim form can also be downloaded from www.bosch-home.co.uk/breakfast-promo and
submitted by post to ‘Bosch Hamper 2020 Promotion’, The Cow Shed, Walnut Tree Farm, Lower Stretton,
Cheshire WA4 4PG.
a. Claims must be received by the Promoter before Midnight on 20.11.2020 and the Promoter will not
accept any claims received subsequently.
b. If an ENR number cannot be provided at the time of the claim because the appliances have not
been delivered by 20.11.2020, please state when the delivery is expected and complete the claim
after delivery has taken place and by the 20.12.2020.
c. A copy of original purchase receipts must be provided for claim forms. For the avoidance of doubt,
copies of deposit receipts and/or order confirmations will not be accepted. Purchasers can call the
helpline 01565 656138 for assistance between 9.00am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday; however
cannot submit a claim by telephone. (Local rate number, please check with your telephone provider
for exact call costs and we may record and monitor calls).
7. Claimants should allow up to 4 weeks for dispatch of the gift from claim approval.
8. The ‘’Gift” will include: C&B Fine Cut English Breakfast Marmalade, C&B Café York Blend Coffee in Carton
50g, C&B Chocolate Oat Crumbles, C&B C&B Butter Shortbread Rounds Carton, C&B Acacia Honeycomb in
Carton 200g, C&B English Breakfast Carton Whole Leaf Tea Bags, C&B Tea in Carton Earl Grey (10x3g).
9. Only one breakfast hamper per eligible purchase of a kettle and a toaster from the defined list.
The Offer is not transferable.
10. A consumer’s claim will be deemed invalid if (including but not limited to) they:
• Reside outside of the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man;
• Have not purchased a qualifying Appliance from a participating retailer during the Promotion Period;
• Have not completed the official online application form correctly;
• Have not submitted their claim including, Proof of Purchase by 20th November 2020; have not uploaded a
legible original full purchase receipt showing the model numbers and date of purchase;
• Have failed in any way to otherwise comply with these Terms and Conditions as determined by the Promoter
in its sole discretion.
• Have not submitted valid ENR numbers on application form.
11. Claims are posted at claimants risk and proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
12. The Offer has no cash value or alternative.
13. Redeeming the Offer is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
14. Insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter, nor its agents or distributors will, permitted by law, be
responsible or liable to compensate the purchaser or other bearer, or accept any liability, any personal loss
or injury occurring whilst using the Offer, neither can they guarantee the quality and/or availability of the
services offered when using the Offer and cannot be held liable for any resulting personal loss or damage.
Your statutory rights are unaffected.
15. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for special dietary issues in relation to the ‘Gift’. The onus is upon
the Claimant to check all ingredients in the hamper in relation to any dietary requirements.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to change the terms and conditions, and void, cancel, suspend or amend
the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable
17. Where selected items in the hamper may become unavailable the promoter reserves the right to substitute
it for an item of the same quality/value.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to investigate and undertake all such action, as is reasonable, to protect
itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require claimants to provide further
verification as to proof of purchase. In addition, the Promoter reserves the right to reject those claims which
are, in their opinion, fraudulent or invalid.
19. Personal data collected for the purposes of the Promotion only and will be processed in accordance with

and will not be returned to claimants therefore please ensure you keep a copy. The decision of the Promoter in
all matters is final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into.
21. By submitting a claim, claimants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
22. In the unlikely event that a claimant is unhappy with their Bosch appliance and wishes to return it for a full
refund, such refund is conditional upon return of the ‘Gift’ i.e. the Cashback or e-gift code.
23. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, extend or amend the terms of this promotion at any time
due to circumstances beyond its control.

25. The Promotion is subject to the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall
have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
